Our corporate office in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is a dynamic workplace where teamwork and professionalism come together. We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Office Receptionist. This is a fantastic opportunity for Emirati Nationals who enjoy a mix of administrative responsibilities and is ready to be the friendly face of our office. This is a full-time, permanent role, working 5 days a week from our office in Abu Dhabi. Job Responsibilities - Greet visitors and notify the relevant person(s) upon arrival. - Answer and route telephone calls promptly and professionally. - Order office supplies, including mail supplies, stationery, and coffee/tea. - Prepare training and recruiting materials as needed. - Maintain and update Elliott literature for guests in the lobby and office. - Ensure presence at the reception area during guest arrivals and business hours. - Ensure guests sign in and provide the necessary EHS Inductions. - Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable. - Prepare and send supplier purchase orders in Oracle for local orders. - Coordinate and organize shipments, including liaising with DHL. - Visit the Post Office to collect mail from Elliott PO Box. - Oversee office maintenance and repairs and coordinate with vendors as needed. - Arrange meetings and prepare meeting spaces. - Order stationary, business cards, coveralls, and other necessary office items. - This position is open only to Emirati Nationals. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus. - Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar receptionist or administrative role. - Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is desirable. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask. - Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. - Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills. - Comfortable with working in a full-time office-based role, 5 days a week, at our Abu Dhabi corporate office.
