We thrive on solving complex problems to champion the user’s voice and push the boundaries to design a world class enterprise product.</p><p></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Leading strategic design initiatives that align with business objectives and elevate customer experiences in analytics and reporting.</p></li><li><p>Driving innovation by developing and refining tools, methods, and design processes to tackle complex product challenges.</p></li><li><p>Creating clear, scalable design systems and documentation that communicate design rationale, behavior, and interaction models.</p></li><li><p>Collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, researchers, and data scientists to bring elegant solutions to life.</p></li><li><p>Mentoring and guiding junior designers, fostering growth and design maturity across the team.</p></li><li><p>Conducting and leading user research such as usability tests, interviews, surveys, and journey mapping to uncover insights and validate solutions.</p></li><li><p>Identifying design risks early and proposing strategic solutions that balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.</p></li><li><p>Owning your work from start to finish, delivering polished, high-quality results with minimal supervision.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What we’re looking for</b></p><ul><li><p>Demonstrate 5+ years experience in user-centered design, supported by a strong portfolio showcasing elegant visual and interaction design for data-rich or complex enterprise applications.</p></li><li><p>Hold a bachelor degree Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</p></li><li><p>Use modern design tools, especially Figma, to rapidly explore, prototype, and iterate on ideas with fluency and efficiency.</p></li><li><p>Transform complex datasets into intuitive visual storytelling and user workflows, demonstrating proven success in designing for analytics or reporting experiences.</p></li><li><p>Deliver scalable, thoughtful solutions that drive measurable outcomes by tackling ambiguous, high-impact challenges.</p></li><li><p>Communicate design decisions clearly to stakeholders across disciplines, supported by strong storytelling and communication skills.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrate experience mentoring designers, leading by example, and fostering a collaborative team culture to support professional growth and team success.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Salary Range or On Target Earnings:</b></p><p></p><p>Minimum:</p>$98.900,00<p></p><p>Maximum:</p>$228.700,00<p></p><p><span>In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.</span></p><p></p><p><span>Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.</span></p><p></p><p><span>We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations</span></p><p><span>At Zoom, we offer a window of at least 5 days for you to apply because we believe in giving you every opportunity.
