Location: 268 Al Wasl Rd, Jumeirah 1, Dubai, UAE<br><br>We are seeking a Radiology Technician / Radiographer (Female) with experience in ultrasound imaging to join our clinical team. The role involves performing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound procedures in an outpatient setting, supporting our endocrinology, cardiology, internal medicine, and multidisciplinary clinics.<br><br>The successful candidate will ensure accurate imaging, patient comfort, and strict adherence to clinical, safety, and regulatory standards.<br><br>Key Responsibilities:<br><br><ul><li>Clinical & Technical Duties:</li><li>Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations as per physician requests and clinical protocols</li><li>Conduct abdominal, pelvic, thyroid, soft tissue, vascular, and other approved ultrasound studies within scope of practice</li><li>Ensure proper patient positioning, preparation, and explanation of procedures to maintain comfort and dignity</li><li>Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment safely and effectively</li><li>Identify and document technical findings accurately for physician review</li><li> Patient Care & Experience:</li><li>Provide professional, empathetic, and culturally sensitive patient care at all times</li><li>Maintain patient privacy, confidentiality, and infection control standards</li><li>Respond appropriately to patient needs, concerns, and questions before, during, and after procedures</li><li> Quality, Compliance & Safety</li><li>Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, radiation safety (where applicable), and GluCare clinical policies</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system</li><li>Participate in quality assurance, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Adhere to infection control, hygiene, and safety protocols</li><li> Equipment & Administration:</li><li>Perform routine checks, calibration, and basic troubleshooting of ultrasound equipment</li><li>Report equipment issues promptly to the Facilities or Biomedical team</li><li>Assist with scheduling, workflow coordination, and efficient patient throughput as required<br><br></li></ul><strong>Requirements<br><br></strong>Qualifications & Requirements:<br><br><ul><li>Female candidate</li><li>Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Radiography, Medical Imaging, or a related field</li><li>Valid DHA license as Radiology Technician / Radiographer </li><li>Proven experience in ultrasound imaging in an outpatient or hospital setting</li><li>Strong attention to detail and clinical accuracy</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br><br></li></ul>Preferred Experience & Skills:<br><br><ul><li>Experience working in private healthcare or multidisciplinary clinics</li><li>Familiarity with EMR/PACS systems</li><li>Experience supporting endocrinology or metabolic health services is an advantage</li></ul>
