CE-Test, a new player in the CE certification market, is looking for a Business Development & Sales Manager to develop and grow in our new Dubai office. If you are a motivated person with a strong proactive attitude and the ability to handle a high volume of calls, this is the right opportunity for you! The position offers the possibility of growth into a managerial role for those who demonstrate the ability to develop business activities.

We operate across:

  • Explosive Environments (ATEX – Directive 2014/34/EU) — Ensuring equipment used in hazardous, potentially explosive atmospheres meets EU safety requirements.
  • Pressure Equipment (PED – Directive 2014/68/EU) — Certifying safe operation under pressure conditions.
  • Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC – Directive 2014/30/EU) — Verifying that electrical systems function reliably without interference.
  • Low Voltage Equipment (LVD – Directive 2014/35/EU) — Confirming electrical safety and compliance for devices operating within regulated voltage ranges.
  • Mores accreditation to come in 0-2 years

Main Responsibilities:

  • Make 30–60 sales calls per day (cold calls) to generate new leads;
  • Actively search for new clients and develop long-lasting relationships;
  • Work with management to develop commercial activity plans;
  • Prepare customized commercial offers;
  • Collaborate with the technical team on CE certification procedures and support existing clients;
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services.

Requirements:

  • Very good English or native speaker;
  • Other languages are considered a plus;
  • Proactivity, positivity, and ability to multitask;
  • Previous experience in the CE certification sector is considered a plus.
