Core Engineering & Technical Support

· Provide civil engineering expertise in planning, design review, and execution of construction projects (infrastructure, buildings, roads, drainage, etc.).

· Review IFC (Issued for Construction) and detailed drawings, specifications, and technical documentation for accuracy and compliance.

· Prepare, review, and submit technical reports, calculations, and engineering documents to support project requirements.

Approvals & Coordination

· Coordinate with consultants, clients, and external authorities (e.g., Dubai Municipality, RTA, DEWA, Trakhees) to secure required approvals, permits, and NOCs.

· Facilitate authority submissions and track approval timelines to prevent delays in project execution.

· Liaise with interdisciplinary teams — architects, MEP, structural engineers, planners — to resolve technical issues and ensure design coordination.

Site Support & Quality Assurance

· Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with approved designs, standards, and quality control requirements.

· Participate in QA/QC reviews, monitor construction activities, and assist in identifying corrective actions for non‑conformance.

· Assist in resolving technical queries (RFIs) and provide on‑site technical support to construction and site teams.

Documentation & Technical Deliverables

· Prepare and manage technical submittals (shop drawings, method statements, material submittals), ensuring compliance with project specifications.

· Maintain accurate records of approvals, technical correspondence, test reports, and design revisions.

· Ensure proper documentation control and version tracking of technical files as per company standards.

Project Execution Support

· Monitor project progress relative to technical deliverables and coordinate with project management for issues affecting schedule or quality.

· Support value engineering, cost‑effective solutions, and technical evaluations to optimize construction methods and materials.

· Provide recommendations and technical input during project meetings with stakeholders.

Compliance & Safety

· Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, local authority regulations, and international standards relevant to civil works.
