Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Consultant Urologist with Western training to join our multidisciplinary medical team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have advanced training and expertise in urology, with a strong foundation in Western medical practices. This is an exciting opportunity to provide world-class urological care within a state-of-the-art medical facility in a rapidly growing healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and treat a variety of urological conditions, reproductive system disorders, kidney stones, prostate issues, and cancers of the urinary tract.
  • Perform surgeries, including minimally invasive procedures such as laparoscopic surgeries, robotic-assisted surgeries, and other advanced urological techniques.
  • Collaborate with other specialists in the multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
  • Stay updated with the latest developments in urological care, techniques, and technology.
  • Provide patient education on prevention, treatment options, and lifestyle changes.
  • Ensure compliance with medical regulations, protocols, and standards of care.
  • Manage patient follow-ups and postoperative care.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Medical Degree: MBBS or equivalent.
  • Specialist Training: Western-trained, with board certification in urology from a recognized institution.
  • At least 5 years of post-training experience in a reputable hospital or clinic.
  • Experience with advanced urological surgeries, including robotic-assisted procedures, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with UAE healthcare regulations and standards is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and medical teams
Skills & Competencies:
  • Proficient in diagnosing and treating a wide range of urological disorders.
  • Strong technical skills in performing surgeries and using advanced urological tools and equipment.
  • Ability to manage complex cases and make informed clinical decisions.
  • Compassionate and patient-focused care approach.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
