Job Description


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring all required documentation is collected and processed in a timely manner.
  • Manage the processing of client documents accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with established procedures and timelines.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of client documents, conducting thorough checks to ensure all necessary information is provided.
  • Enter client information and documentation into the CRM accurately, always maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Track the progress of client documents throughout the processing workflow, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders as needed.
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, or other channels to request additional information, clarify details, or provide updates on document processing status.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, or issues related to document processing promptly and effectively, escalating complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team if required.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies governing document processing and client interactions, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Conduct regular quality checks on processed documents to identify any errors or discrepancies, implementing corrective actions as needed to maintain high standards of accuracy and quality.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains in document processing and sales support activities, making recommendations for enhancements to streamline workflows and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and operations to coordinate document processing efforts, share information, and resolve issues effectively.
