Hire My Tech is hiring a Director of Business Development on behalf of one of our high-growth technology clients. This is a leadership role for a results-driven professional who can build, scale, and lead B2B sales initiatives while driving strategic partnerships across Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a remote sales team to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets.

  • Provide ongoing coaching, performance feedback, and training to ensure team success and skill development.

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to enter new markets and expand the clients customer and partner base.

  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new revenue opportunities.

Sales Execution

  • Own the complete sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.

  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders and key decision-makers.

  • Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client objectives and recommending strategic, value-driven solutions.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track and report key sales metrics including pipeline health, conversion rates, and revenue performance.

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role.

  • Experience in SaaS, AI solutions, or technology-driven products.

  • Proven success in B2B sales and strategic partnerships.

  • Experience selling to HR or L&D leadership is a plus.

  • Experience with Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions is a plus.

  • Prior experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a plus.

  • Strong professional network across Saudi Arabia.

  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire remote teams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.

  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities.

  • Results-oriented and highly self-motivated.

  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and sales productivity tools.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Must be legally eligible to work and based in Saudi Arabia (Saudi Nationals are strongly encouraged to apply).

  • Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
