Our company is seeking a talented Organizational Development Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in organizational development and a passion for implementing change initiatives that drive business results.


Job Description:


As an Organizational Development Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the design, delivery and implementation of organizational development and HR initiatives across all hubs and subsidiaries. Your goal will be to standardize and align with business goals by contributing to policy development, capability building, talent and leadership development, performance management, job analysis, career path mapping, succession planning, training initiatives, and collaborating with line managers and HR teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement structured change management initiatives to drive standardization and conformity in HR practice across hubs and subsidiaries.
  • Design and deliver OD frameworks, policies, and tools for enterprise-wide capability building, leadership & high-potential development, and long-term talent planning.
  • Enhance, develop, and enforce HR Policies and procedures across Air Arabia Group, providing guidance and advice to Line Mangers.
  • Maintain consistent, compliant, and responsive HR policies that meet both business needs and employee experience.
  • Implement the Performance Management System and process assessments as part of new joiner orientation.
  • Improve the effectiveness of Performance Management System across all Airline Hubs and analyze performance related data to ensure conformity and consistency in the evaluation process.

Requirements:


The successful candidate will possess a minimum bachelor's degree in HR or Human Sciences/Management or equivalent from a recognized university.


  • Preferred qualifications include an MBA or Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD) qualification or HR Professional qualifications and certificates.

Experience:


Applicants should have at least 4+ years' experience as an organizational development specialist handling similar responsibilities, preferably in the aviation or hospitality industry.


  • 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, including implementing performance management and analyzing performance related data is highly desirable.
