APD has physical locations in Ucon, Idaho; Idaho Falls, Idaho; and Afton, Wyoming, and specializes in delivering water. This position will be based out of Idaho Falls, Idaho. See the videos below to learn about the job, company culture, and history.<br /></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities include:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist Primary Driller with Drilling operations<br /></li><li>Assist in loading and unloading trucks</li><li>Can lift 50+ pounds safely throughout the day</li><li>Move equipment to and from drill sites</li><li>Assist with water well development</li><li>Assist with Rig Repair and Maintenance, as needed<br /></li><li>Cross-train into other job functions, as needed<br><br></li></ul><ul></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Desired Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Exposure to Drilling is a plus, but if not, a mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and work hard will be considered</li><li>Exposure to air rotary, mud rotary, reverse circulation and flooded reverse rotary drilling methods are a plus</li><li>Welding and cutting experience are a plus</li><li>General mechanic skills a plus</li><li>Willing and able to receive on-the-job training</li><li>Willing to adhere to strict safety rules and regulations</li><li>Willing to work overtime as needed to complete projects and meet deadlines</li><li>Thoroughness and attention to detail</li><li>Verbal and written communication skills<br /></li><li>Class A CDL beneficial, Tanker and Combination Endorsements are a plus<br><br></li><li>MSHA Certifications are a plus</li></ul><ul></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Benefits after 90 days include:</strong></p><ul><li>Paid Time Off</li><li>Overtime<br /></li><li>401(k) Retirement Plan with matching<br /></li><li>Health Insurance, 100% coverage for the employee<br /></li><li>Voluntary AFLAC/Vision/Dental Insurance</li><li>Annual Bonus Opportunities</li><li>PPE Allowances<br /></li></ul><p><br /></p><p>40-60 hrs/week, dependent on workload and season</p><p>Pay based on skills, experience, and work ethic</p><p><br /></p><p>We focus on and follow our core values every day, both internally and externally with our customers.
