Job Description:
•    Over 8 years of experience designing delivering and supporting enterprise web platforms and digital experiences
•    Over 5 years of experience in Solution Architect Technical Architect Lead Developer or similar technical leadership roles
•    Experience with HubSpot CMS Hub and the broader HubSpot platform or comparable enterprise CMS and digital experience platforms
•    Experience defining architecture and migration strategies for CMS web platforms or digital modernization initiatives
•    Demonstrated experience evaluating whether business capabilities should be implemented within a CMS platform through integrations or as standalone applications
•    Experience designing integration architectures utilizing APIs and enterprise applications
•    Working knowledge of JavaScript TypeScript REST APIs and modern web application architectures
•    Experience operating within Agile and DevOps delivery environments
•    Soft Skills
•    Strong analytical problem solving and decision making skills
•    Strong communication presentation and stakeholder management skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and nontechnical audiences
•    Proven ability to build collaborative relationships and influence technical direction across multiple teams and stakeholders
•    Ability to manage competing priorities and navigate complex organizational and technology environments
