If you're comfortable owning both the technical automation setup and the analytical side of campaign performance, this role is built for that.

What You'll Do

  • Design and manage marketing campaigns within Microsoft Dynamics CRM

  • Build and maintain marketing automation workflows, including triggers, segmentation, and lead nurturing logic

  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities

  • Continuously refine campaigns based on data-driven insights

  • Maintain clean, accurate data within Dynamics CRM to support reliable reporting and segmentation

  • Collaborate with marketing and sales stakeholders to align campaigns with broader business goals

  • Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure smooth, reliable campaign execution

  • Report on campaign performance and automation health to relevant stakeholders

What You Bring

  • Solid experience with campaign management across multiple channels

  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including marketing automation features

  • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to translate performance data into actionable recommendations

  • Practical experience building and maintaining marketing automation workflows

  • Strong attention to detail, particularly around data accuracy and campaign QA

  • Solid communication skills for collaborating with marketing and sales stakeholders

Nice to Have

  • Experience integrating Dynamics CRM with other marketing or sales tools

  • Familiarity with lead scoring models and lifecycle marketing strategy

  • Experience with reporting/BI tools alongside native Dynamics reporting

Why This Role

  • End-to-end ownership: Own campaigns from automation build through performance analysis

  • Data-driven impact: Use analysis to directly shape and improve campaign outcomes

  • Modern CRM stack: Work hands-on with Microsoft Dynamics CRM's automation capabilities

  • Cross-functional collaboration: Partner closely with marketing and sales to align on shared goals
