Monday.com Consultant Golden, Colorado (Hybrid) 3 months Contract Position is open only to Colorado residents. Interviews will be done virtually, but work will be hybrid. We have a flexible work week (ex. four 10s, five 8s). Skills Required: Project management-Proficient (4-6 Years) We are looking for an experienced Monday.com Consultant to help us design, configure, and implement a custom Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution using Monday.com. You will work closely with our project management team, business analysts, and stakeholders to create a tailored solution that will improve visibility, enhance collaboration, and drive efficiency across all projects. This position will work with the Project Management Office (PMO) within the Business Innovation & Technology department at Jefferson County. We are an award-winning, nationally recognized team that brings new and improved services to the community. The business intelligence solutions we build allow county staff to make data-driven decisions about their operations and services. Essential Duties: • PPM System Buildout - Lead the design and configuration of a Monday.com workspace to support PPM needs, including custom dashboards, workflows, automation, and reporting. • Solution Design & Configuration - Develop and configure Monday.com boards, dashboards, and workflows to reflect the project lifecycle and portfolio management processes. • Custom Automation & Integration - Implement automations within Monday.com to streamline project management tasks and integrate with other tools and systems, such as MS Project, Salesforce, or Slack. • Training & Support - Provide training and documentation for end users, helping them to leverage Monday.com efficiently for project tracking and reporting. • Collaboration - Work closely with the PMO manager, team leads, and IT to ensure smooth implementation and adoption of Monday.com. • Troubleshooting - Address any issues or challenges related to the Monday.com system and provide support to ensure the tool remains effective. Required Knowledge and Skills: • Proven experience as a Monday.com Consultant with a focus on Project Portfolio Management (PPM) or related fields. • Strong understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and workflows. • dvanced knowledge of Monday.com, including its board structures, automation features, integrations, and reporting functionalities. • Experience designing and building custom Monday.com solutions tailored to business needs. • Experience with Monday.com integrations with other tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Trello, Google Workspace, Slack, Salesforce, etc.). • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about system design and improvements. • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. • bility to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
