7+ major global ERP systems, standardizing our core business processes and products [across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Quality, and Data], and enabling our integrated data strategy through a single SAP S/4 HANA instance.<br><br>The Senior Manager, Release Data & Analytics Deploy Lead plays a critical leadership role in driving end-to-end deployment activities for Data, Master Data Governance (MDG), Data Migration, Data Quality, Analytics within their assigned release wave of the global SAP S/4HANA transformation program.<br><br>This role ensures that all data objects across Material, Customer, Vendor, Business Partner, Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality domains are fully prepared, validated, migrated, and governed in alignment with the global template, regulatory expectations, and business readiness for their release.<br><br>The Release Deploy Lead partners closely with the Director, Global Data & Analytics Deploy Lead, and cross-functional global and regional teams, ensuring data readiness milestones are met, risks are mitigated, and deployment execution runs smoothly through planning, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare phases.<br><br>Success requires deep expertise in data migration and MDG, strong cross-functional leadership, structured delivery management, excellent communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, complex, highly regulated global environment.<br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br><ul><li> Own end-to-end master data & analytics deployment for the assigned release, covering preparation, testing, migration, cutover, and hypercare.</li><li> Develop and maintain detailed release-level deployment plans, playbooks, checkpoints, and readiness metrics.</li><li> Partner with Data Stewards, MDG teams, Data Migration teams, and Functional Leads to ensure data readiness across all objects.</li><li> Ensure release-level alignment with global standards, global templates, and compliance requirements.</li><li> Lead mock load cycles, data validation checks, reconciliation activities, and readiness sign-offs.</li><li> Coordinate test data readiness and validation for SIT, BST, UAT, PQ, and performance testing.</li><li> Manage release-level deployment risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations.</li><li> Ensure all MDG workflows, data models, business rules, and governance requirements are validated and ready for activation.</li><li> Collaborate with regional deployment teams to ensure markets meet data readiness expectations.</li><li> Drive release-level reporting readiness, including dashboards, KPIs, datasets, and analytics validation.</li><li> Lead cutover execution for data migration and ensure a controlled, compliant go-live.</li><li> Support hypercare resolution and stabilization of data issues post–go-live.</li><li> Provide release-level leadership, coaching, and coordination across cross-functional deployment teams.</li><li> Prepare release updates, dashboards, and executive-level reports for steering committee and leadership reviews.<br><br></li></ul><strong>Experience & Skills<br><br></strong><ul><li> Strong program and release management skills, with experience managing data readiness milestones.</li><li> Deep understanding of SAP data migration methodology, ETL tools, mapping, and reconciliation.</li><li> Knowledge of MDG data models, workflow behavior, validation rules, and governance processes.</li><li> Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li> Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to escalate and resolve issues quickly.</li><li> High attention to detail with a strong commitment to compliance and data quality.</li><li> Ability to collaborate effectively with global, regional, and local teams.</li><li> Experience supporting mock loads, cutover, and hypercare cycles.</li><li> Ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements to data processes.</li><li> Comfort Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.</li><li> 8+ years of experience in SAP data migration, MDG, data governance, or analytics deployment roles.</li><li> Hands-on experience supporting at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA or ECC deployment.</li><li> Strong understanding of SAP master data across MM, SD, FI/CO, BP, and related modules.</li><li> Experience working in global pharmaceutical, biotech, or regulated environments preferred.</li><li> Strong knowledge of GxP, SOX, CSV, audit, GDPR, and data integrity standards.</li><li> Experience leading cross-functional teams
