The Elite Job is looking for a highly organized and motivated Part-Time Administrative Assistant to support our daily office operations. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and handling phone calls.

  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files for easy retrieval.

  • Assist with data entry, document preparation, and report generation.

  • Support event planning, meetings, and office coordination tasks.

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.

  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when needed.
