Job Purpose: Support Admin Officer to provide administrative services to DNATA Engineering services which consists of a total number 1200 staff in various grades and categories. Job Outline: - Co ordinates to process new dnata Driving permit documentation, endorsements and training permits for all dnata/EK/AL-Hraiz transporting company staff to meet the legal requirement in regard to drive/operate various types of sophisticated equipment at the airport - Organises Airport Police Driving test at the Airport to issue and renew Airport Police Driving permit to all dnata/EK/AL-Hraiz staff to meet the regulatory requirement at the airport in order to cover insurance claims. - Keeps Driving Permit records up to date for sending reminders to all Departments for renewal. Input records into the system and filing all documentation in order to maintain proper records for retrieval when required. - Process Staff Travel Applications and refunds through TRIPS for all dnata Engineering Staff who have no access to the Network and solve their queries and problems related to staff ticketing. - Co-ordinates and assists all administrative support to Engineering Admin Officer for the smooth function of Engineering Admin Center by preparing memos and faxes and beelines, Processes the fuel consumption statements for recovering the charges from the clients by accounts. - Co-ordinates and assists all administrative support to Engineering Admin Officer for the smooth function of Engineering Admin Center by preparing memos and faxes and beelines, Processes the fuel consumption statements for recovering the charges from the clients by accounts. - Liases with the procurement department for the printing of different forms and sheets used by engineering department to ensure they are available in sufficient stock to meet the department tasks. - Scrutinizes and dispatches all outgoing mail to the correct addressee, sort out all incoming mail and distribute to the concerned sections inorder that important documents reach to the staff concerned to maintain proper communication between department/organisations. - Controls the stationery and initiates replenishment of inventory in order that sufficient stock is available for distribution to the various sections of dnata Engineering. Qualifications & Experience: Administration.
