Where Kindness Inspires Excellence to Go Beyond
Do you believe education can change the world?
Are you an educator who leads with kindness, sets high expectations, and helps every learner achieve their personal best?
Then it’s time to Go Beyond with Star, Mirdif.
Welcome to Star Mirdif.
We are a lively, all-through British international school in Dubai - a place where children are known, families are valued, and teachers are empowered to make a meaningful difference. As part of the International Schools Partnership (ISP), we combine global expertise with deep local roots.
We are proudly inclusive, built on trust and personal bests - where students grow in confidence and character, not just grades.
We believe in awe and wonder, in high expectations with high care, and in doing what works, not just what’s always been done.
Our staff culture is grounded in the Star, Mirdif Way:
Commit to our STAR culture and values
Hold one another accountable with kindness
Go Beyond for our students and each other
If that sounds like your kind of school, keep reading.
