This role will oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate objectives. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of pharma operations, project management best practices, and quality systems.</p><p><br></p><p><strong>The opportunity:</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the execution of business-critical projects across quality, regulatory, R&D, and supply chain teams.</li><li>Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to ensure on-time and compliant project delivery.</li><li>Develop and maintain project charters, schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.</li><li>Monitor project metrics and KPIs to drive accountability and continuous improvement.</li><li>Ensure alignment with cGMP, FDA, Health Canada, and other global regulatory standards.</li><li>Support process optimization initiatives in operations, including production workflows, documentation practices, and system implementations.</li><li>Partner with Finance, Procurement, and commercial operations to manage project resources and costs.</li><li>Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders at all levels, including executive reporting and decision-making support.</li><li>Lead post-project reviews and implement lessons learned to enhance future project delivery.</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or a related field</li><li>1-3 years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences environment</li><li>PMP Certification is an asset</li><li>Strong knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks (e.g., FDA, EMA, ICH, cGMP)</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment</li><li>Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or similar)</li><li>Detail oriented, ability to apply analytical thinking and problem solving skills</li><li>Excellent time management and organizational skills</li><li>Excellent communication skills in French and English (oral & written) required.
