We’re looking for a hands-on builder to help develop and scale DoorDash’s next billion dollar business, DashMart. The DashMart team is focused on building a new type of convenience store, offering both household essentials and local restaurant favorites to our customers' doorsteps...

This role will focus on driving a center of excellence across our DashMart operations from a local and central operations perspective. This role will help drive optimization of internal processes for our field and warehouse operations team through strategy and operations. To be successful in this role, you have a high bar for solving complex problems leveraging data as your source of truth, strong analytical skills, and a bias for action. Warehouse operations experience is a plus!

About The Role

  • DashMart is looking for an operations-focused Associate that excels in a fast-paced, remote environment and is excited to roll up their sleeves and lead from the front. This role will sit on a newly formed “Center of Excellence” team within our Central Operations team. The role will focus on driving operational excellence across our DashMart operations from a local and central operations perspective. As a subject matter expert, you are responsible for diving into some of our toughest operational problems to understand what’s driving them and providing solutions. Key responsibilities include:

While each team member will be mapped to a discipline, the team will be required to be flexible and able to support across other discipline areas as needed.

You will report into the Associate Manager, Center of Excellence, on our Central Operations team within the New Business Verticals operation. This is a hybrid role with = 80% field time spent within our DashMart locations. For most roles, you can expect to spend time both at your local DashMart site as well as 25-80% traveling to support DashMart sites across the US.

Compensation

The successful candidate's starting pay will fall within the pay range listed below and is determined based on job-related factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Base salary is localized according to an employee’s work location. Ranges are market-dependent and may be modified in the future.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants. Talk to your recruiter for more information.

The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, New Jersey, New York and Washington.
