The Opportunity

  • We are looking for an HR Business Partner to support our growing US organization and act as a key thought partner to the Senior Director of People, US. This is a high-impact, hands-on role for someone who can both shape and execute — owning the people strategy for your client groups while designing scalable, agile processes for a dynamic, high-growth environment. This role reports to the Senior Director of People, US.

  • Strategic Partnership & Leader Support
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders, owning relationships end-to-end and executing the people roadmap for your groups
  • Partner with business leaders on organizational design, team effectiveness, and performance
  • Bring an independent point of view and challenge thinking to drive stronger outcomes
  • Execution of People Strategy
  • Translate People team priorities into clear, actionable plans and drive execution in partnership with the Senior Director of People
  • Oversee generalist HR activities including performance management, total rewards, succession planning, and talent development
  • Ensure consistency and quality across programs such as performance cycles and talent reviews
  • People Data & Insights
  • Analyze people data and provide actionable insights to leaders to support informed decision-making and drive business outcomes
  • Use a commercial mindset to align HR strategies with business objectives and connect people metrics to organizational health

  • Champion a culture aligned with Eleos’s mission and values, driving engagement, inclusion, and a high-performing environment
  • Diagnose team challenges and implement thoughtful, practical solutions

  • Own complex employee relations matters with sound judgment and discretion
  • Ensure compliance with US employment laws and company policies
  • Guide leaders through sensitive and high-impact people decisions
  • Organizational Effectiveness & Change
  • Partner with the Senior Director of People and leaders on organizational design and team evolution
  • Help bring clarity to roles, structures, and ways of working
  • Support change initiatives and ensure smooth execution across teams
  • Note: This is a hands-on role combining thought partnership with strong execution. You will partner closely with our HR Generalist who owns foundational HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
  • To Thrive in This Role, You’ll Need
  • Experience
  • 7–10+ years of HR experience, including significant time in an HR Business Partner or similar role, with a strong generalist HR background
  • A proven ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, guiding efforts to achieve impactful results while promoting innovative and progressive ways of working
  • Experience operating as a senior individual contributor, owning stakeholder relationships and influencing outcomes
  • Experience in growing SaaS companies, supporting GTM teams
  • Experience supporting senior leaders and navigating complex organizational dynamics
  • Skills & Strengths
  • Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset to align HR strategies with business objectives
  • Exceptional communication skills; ability to adapt to different audiences and influence stakeholders
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and effective under pressure in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
