Job description: Tutor - English and Writing (incl. SAT and ACT prep).

Huntington Learning Center, the oldest and most respected learning center in the nation, is currently seeking part-time teachers to assist us in achieving our mission statement of "giving each student the best education possible".

We are now hiring and training English/writing teachers for the fall season to perform in-center, in-person student tutoring including SAT and ACT prep.

Qualifications:

  • A state credential is preferred for all of our programs.
  • For candidates wishing to teach SAT and ACT, a math/science or English/writing degree is required.
  • All teachers must possess a positive and nurturing teaching style.
  • A bachelor's degree is the minimum requirement.
