What you do:

  • Own the full engagement lifecycle: discovery, solution scoping, proposal, SOW/contracting, kickoff, delivery governance and outcomes.
  • Drive the go-to-market strategy: target segments, refine propositions and shape a healthy pipeline.
  • Own concrete products/services & drive their evolution.
  • Lead stakeholder management (build executive trust, align goals and KPIs, and navigate complex organizations to secure decisions).
  • Translate requirements into delivery plans: define scope, approach, resourcing, timeline, and measurable success criteria; write airtight SOWs.
  • Run cadence, track KPIs/financials, manage risks and dependencies, remove blockers and ensure margin and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, lead renewals and provide thought leadership that positions us as a strategic partner.
What you bring:
  • 8–10 years in client-facing consulting/delivery roles, including 4+ years in engagement/account management for enterprise customers.
  • Proven go-to-market experience: market segmentation, proposition design, pipeline building, deal shaping and competitive positioning.
  • Expert scoping and SOW drafting; strong commercial acumen in pricing, margin management, and basic P&L ownership.
  • Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management and negotiation skills; adept at influencing without formal authority. Hands-on attitude to engage with technical teams
  • Cross-functional leadership across product, engineering, data, legal and finance; fluency in delivery methodologies (Agile/Lean).
  • Previous experience on our technical domain, encompassing Data, ML, genAI and AgenticAI preferred; Insurance domain knowledge preferred.
  • Outstanding English is a must, additional languages are a strong plus.
  • We highly welcome candidates with a genuine interest and affinity for Information Technology (IT) and (Generative) Artificial Intelligence (Gen)AI, as these attributes are considered valuable assets to our team.
