Main tasks

  1. Monthly forecast reporting and monitoring, including initiatives reports
  2. Preparation of the annual budget and long-term plan
  3. Detailed analyses of target/actual deviations and anomalies/trends using suitable methods and presentation, e.g. with the help of bridges, KPIs, etc.
  4. Preparations of business cases in all areas
  5. Follow-up of business cases and target/actual deviations, as well as actions tracking for the achievement of business objectives
  6. Preparation of detailed business review meetings with local and international management (including site reporting)
  7. Processing and answering ad-hoc questions (local and international) under consideration of the given (also short-term) deadlines
  8. Business partner for the departments and support/development of informative reports
  9. Continuous development of controlling models and systems as well as the corresponding reports and key figures
Profile
  1. Successfully completed business studies with a focus on finance/controlling or a similar qualification
  2. 4+ years of experience in the finance field (preferably not only accounting)
  3. Ideally experience in a corporate Group
  4. Experience in using modern IT tools (Excel, Power Point, QlickView/PowerBI…)
  5. Strong analytical and planning skills
  6. Good understanding of business processes and interrelationships as well as a high affinity for numbers and data
  7. Proactivity, flexibility and quick apprehension
  8. You enjoy challenges and complex issues do not scare you
  9. An eye of the essentials, very good understanding of target group-oriented reporting
