Job Description

As a Global Senior Digital Content Strategist, you will be responsible for shaping and executing the content strategy across a large-scale digital ecosystem.

You will ensure that content supports both business objectives and user needs, while remaining consistent, scalable and relevant across markets.

Working across functions and geographies, you will translate strategic priorities into structured content approaches, balancing global alignment with local flexibility.

You will act as a key point of contact for content strategy, aligning stakeholders and enabling markets to deliver effective content at scale.

Skills & Experience

  • Define and drive the global content strategy across web and digital platforms
  • Translate business goals and user needs into clear content frameworks and guidelines
  • Lead content planning and orchestration for global campaigns and product launches
  • Ensure content supports the end-to-end customer journey, from awareness to conversion
  • Collaborate with Brand, UX, Product and local market teams to ensure aligned execution
  • Govern content quality, consistency and scalability across markets
  • Leverage insights and performance data to continuously optimize content effectiveness

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in digital content strategy within complex, multi-market environments
  • Proven ability to operate in international and cross-functional organisations
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce ecosystems, CMS platforms and UX principles
  • Experience with content governance, content operations and structured content approaches
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with executional oversight
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align and influence different functions
  • Structured, pragmatic and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Fluent in English (mandatory), given daily collaboration with international stakeholders
  • Additional languages are considered an asset
