A fast-growing Gaming technology business operating at the intersection of gaming, creator tools, and digital entertainment is hiring a Head of Growth to own and scale top-of-funnel growth.

This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who has led B2C user acquisition at scale and understands how gamers, creators, and digital-first communities discover, adopt, and engage with products. Experience within gaming, gaming hardware, or adjacent consumer tech environments is essential.

Role: Head of Growth & User Acquisition

Salary: €100,000 to €140,000

Location: Europe-based, fully remote

What you’ll be doing:

  • Owning user acquisition strategy and performance across paid, organic, creator-led, and partnership channels
  • Leading acquisition planning, forecasting, and channel prioritisation aligned to business growth targets
  • Managing acquisition budgets with a strong focus on efficiency, ROI, and sustainable scale
  • Building and developing a small but high-impact acquisition team
  • Driving experimentation and optimisation across search, social, video, creators, and emerging platforms
  • Working closely with product, growth, and data teams to ensure clear attribution and insight-led decisions
  • Reporting acquisition performance, risks, and opportunities clearly to senior leadership
What you’ll need:
  • Proven experience leading B2C user acquisition for consumer software or digital products
  • Strong background in gaming, gaming tech, creator tools, or adjacent consumer platforms
  • Demonstrated ownership of acquisition targets, budgets, and forecasting
  • Hands-on experience across paid media, SEO, creators, affiliates, and social-led acquisition
  • Strong analytical mindset with confidence working with data, dashboards, and experimentation frameworks
  • Experience scaling products used by large consumer audiences
  • Comfort operating in fast-moving, product-led environments
Nice to have:
  • Experience with freemium or self-serve business models
  • Deep understanding of platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, and creator ecosystems as acquisition channels
  • Background in scale-up or high-growth consumer tech environments
