Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Kuala Lumpur City.

The Sales

Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing potential clients, developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting the company’s waste management solutions and services. Key day-to-day tasks include meeting sales targets, preparing proposals, providing product knowledge to clients, negotiating contracts, and conducting market research to identify new business opportunities. The candidate will also work closely with the internal team to ensure client satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management
  • Strong knowledge of Customer Engagement, Negotiation, and Market Research
  • Excellent Communication, Presentation, and Interpersonal Skills
  • Understanding of Sustainability Practices and Environmental Solutions is a plus
  • Proficiency in utilizing CRM tools and other sales-related software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Environmental Sciences, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve sales objectives
  • Previous experience in the waste management industry or a related field will be an advantage
  • Willingness to work on-site in Kuala Lumpur City
