What you'll be doing?

  • Lead Production: Direct workshop activities to meet production plans and targets, ensuring timely execution and quality.
  • Implement SOPs: Apply standard operation procedures and manage production lines for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Team Management: Conduct daily meetings, assess performance, and address operational challenges effectively.
  • Safety First: Oversee safety inspections and procedures to maintain a secure working environment.
  • Resource Management: Handle materials and equipment, ensuring proper usage and maintenance.
  • Employee Supervision: Guide and support team members to achieve production goals and foster teamwork.

  • Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in production management, with a strong ability to lead and execute.
  • Skills: Proficient in office software, with excellent communication and coordination skills.
