What you'll be doing?

  • Dashboard Development: Create insightful dashboards and reports to track key business metrics across various departments, empowering data-driven decision-making.
  • Data Analysis: Dive deep into operational and market data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, driving strategic growth.
  • KPI Framework: Collaborate with leadership to define and refine company-wide KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring blockchain industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments.
  • Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare compelling, data-driven reports and presentations for leadership, board meetings, and consortium partners.
  • Data Quality: Ensure the highest standards of data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reporting sources.

Who are they looking for?

  • Analytical Experience: 3+ years in business intelligence, data analytics, or a similar analytical role, bringing valuable insights to the team.
  • BI Tool Proficiency: Expertise in BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or Google Data Studio, along with advanced Excel/Sheets skills.
  • SQL Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for efficient data extraction and transformation.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Approach: Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, data-first approach to tackle challenges.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in fintech, blockchain, or technology companies is a plus, but not required.
  • Programming Skills: Familiarity with Python or R for advanced data analysis is beneficial but not essential.
  • Blockchain Understanding: Knowledge of on-chain analytics tools and blockchain data sources is advantageous but not mandatory.
