What you'll be doing?

  • Manage relationships: Build and maintain connections with media, KOL, and third-party agencies for collaborative campaigns.
  • Research and identify: Discover and connect with KOL across various digital platforms to enhance brand experiences.
  • Network development: Establish and expand a network of KOL for different categories on social media.
  • Campaign execution: Coordinate and implement KOL engagement campaigns, ensuring alignment with requirements and timelines.
  • Team collaboration: Work closely with team members to launch and execute promotional campaigns.
  • Cost negotiation: Ensure mutually beneficial agreements by negotiating costs effectively.

Who are they looking for?

  • Educational background: At least a Diploma in E-commerce, Marketing Communications, Business Admin, Multimedia, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in KOL management, influencer marketing, or a related marketing communications role.
  • Industry experience: Prior experience in the beauty or FMCG industry is a plus.
  • Personal attributes: Responsible, self-motivated, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Attitude: Positive and eager to take initiative in a dynamic environment.
