Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns and challenges across all Business unit for app, website, CRM, and paid/owned external channels.
  • Ensure all campaign assets, content, and deals are uploaded accurately and on time.
  • Support onsite scheduling and placement of marketing assets to maximize visibility for deals secured by the Business Development team.
  • Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure smooth end-to-end execution.
Stakeholder & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with various stakeholders from Commercial, Sales Ops, GDs to align strategies and execution.
  • Proactively manage stakeholders to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Support partnership initiatives and cross-market coordination when required.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
  • Support daily marketing operations coordination and maintain internal documentation, trackers, and schedules.
  • Identify process gaps and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and campaign effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and quality standards.
Essentials To Succeed
  • 1+ year of relevant experience in marketing or operations, preferably in digital, tech, or e-commerce environments (fresh graduates with strong internship experience are welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Proactive and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and project management skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment.
  • Able to support ANZ time zone
