What you'll be doing?

  • Innovate: Research and develop new products based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Lead: Manage product development from concept to launch, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with Creative, Marketing, Sales, and Operations to ensure smooth product launches.
  • Ensure Quality: Oversee packaging design, product claims, labelling, and regulatory compliance with suppliers.
  • Support: Conduct product training for internal and retail teams and support pricing strategy for product profitability.

Who are they looking for?

  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience in product development and/or packaging design, with proven ability to manage the full product lifecycle. From concept and supplier collaboration through to packaging design and regulatory compliance.
  • Education: At least a Diploma in Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
  • Industry Background: Experience in FMCG, retail, MLM, or health/food industry is preferred. Laboratory experience is not required.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with product registration, regulatory notifications, and permit handling within the consumer goods or health/food space would be an added advantage.
  • Stakeholder & Business Skills: Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers, paired with a good sense of business acumen to support product profitability and commercial decision-making.
