What you'll be doing?

  • Lead Operations: Oversee all operational activities, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in invoice financing and supply chain finance.
  • Ensure Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to policies, AML/CFT guidelines, and regulatory requirements, ensuring operational integrity.
  • Enhance Client Experience: Manage client interactions with professionalism, ensuring timely resolutions and support for client expansion.
  • Optimise Processes: Identify and implement improvements to streamline operations, reduce turnaround times, and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Build a Team: Lead and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering collaboration and accountability.
  • Drive Digital Transformation: Lead initiatives to automate processes, improve user experience, and ensure data accuracy.

Who are they looking for?

  • Experienced Leader: At least 6 years in managing operations in a multi-product financial services environment, showcasing leadership and attention to detail.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Passion for Digitalisation: Proven experience in driving operational process improvements and digital transformation.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of operating systems, system integrations, and back-end accounting entries.
  • Proactive and Goal-Oriented: Demonstrates a strong determination to achieve goals and overcome challenges, with a proactive approach to tasks.
