What you'll be doing?

  • Consortium Growth: Manage the end-to-end onboarding journey for new members of the Malaysia Blockchain Consortium (MBC), fostering a robust network of institutional partners.
  • Ecosystem Synergy: Identify and execute opportunities to integrate TEIZA with the Finran Group's portfolio of 100+ APAC investments, maximizing collaborative potential.
  • Pilot Leadership: Oversee business-led pilots from MoU to production launch, ensuring adherence to institutional standards and driving tangible outcomes.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional partners and Finran Group executives, maintaining clear communication on project status and risks.
  • Performance Tracking: Develop and maintain progress dashboards for leadership and consortium boards, effectively communicating technical milestones and business impact.
  • Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with Government Relations and Technical teams to ensure pilots align with national digital economy objectives, contributing to Malaysia's technological advancement.

Who are they looking for?

  • Project Management Expertise: 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Strategic Account Management within FinTech or VC-backed technology, bringing a wealth of knowledge to drive success.
  • Business Acumen: Strong ability to translate tokenization opportunities into actionable project milestones, demonstrating strategic thinking and execution skills.
  • Investment Ecosystem Experience: Familiarity with working within or alongside investment holding groups or APAC private equity/VC ecosystems, leveraging industry insights.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for managing sensitive, multi-stakeholder relationships, ensuring smooth collaboration across diverse teams.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in ClickUp or similar enterprise project management tools, streamlining project workflows and enhancing team productivity.
  • Blockchain Knowledge: While not required, familiarity with RWA tokenization frameworks (real estate, private debt, commodities) is highly valued.
  • Government Program Insight: Experience with Malaysian government digital economy programmes is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Professional Certifications: PMP, Prince2, or Scrum Master (CSM) certification is advantageous but not essential.
