What you'll be doing?

  • Develop and Implement IT Solutions: Design, develop, and implement IT solutions to support the company's operations and growth.
  • Manage IT Infrastructure: Oversee the maintenance and upgrade of IT infrastructure, ensuring reliability and efficiency.
  • Support IT Operations: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IT-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Stay Updated on IT Trends: Keep abreast of the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements and enhancements.

Who are they looking for?

  • IT Expertise: Minimum 2 years of experience in an IT-related role, with a Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • Hardware & Asset Management: Proven experience in managing and tracking IT hardware assets, ensuring accurate inventory records and equipment upkeep across offices, outlets, and warehouses.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address and resolve IT issues effectively.
  • Retail IT Savvy: Prior experience supporting POS systems in a retail or F&B environment would be an advantage.
  • Tech-Forward Mindset: Exposure to AI tools or automation platforms for IT workflow optimisation and system monitoring is a bonus.
